Maintenance impacting Reckon Accounts Hosted API

Maintenance is now completed. Reckon Accounts Hosted 2018 API is now turned off. If you send any call using 2018.R2.AU, you will receive a timeout GUID after 3 mins and sending that GUID will not reply any results as the product is not there anymore.

The maintenance has started and Reckon Accounts Hosted 2018 API is now getting turned off.

Reckon Accounts Hosted 2018 API will be turned off on 5th August at 10AM AEST. You can only connect to Hosted 2019 via API after that.

Access to Hosted 2018 application will be turned off on 1st August at 4PM AEST. Your users should have upgraded to Hosted 2019 by 5th August.

In your app, your users might have to reconnect/update their Hosted Integration settings to be able to connect to Hosted 2019 version.

We recommend you to use Get Supported Versions endpoint to populate Product version drop-down menu and save the changes per user integration. View the below link to learn more:
