The maintenance is taking longer than expected. You might be receiving a GUID and "check back later" message for each of your call.

We're working on it.


Reckon Hosted API Maintenance will start in 1 min. Once the maintenance starts, you will receive 503 response for each of your call until the maintenance period is over. You will be notified once the maintenance period is over.

Hi everyone,

Reckon Accounts Hosted API will undergo maintenance this weekend, starting from 10 PM (AEST) on Saturday (01/06/2019) and completing at 1 AM (AEST) on Sunday (02/06/2019).

During this time, Reckon Accounts Hosted API will not be available and you will receive "503 Service Unavailable" as the response if you send API calls and they will not be processed.

Once the maintenance is over, an update will be provided from here and you will be able to connect to Reckon Accounts Hosted API again.

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.
