Maintenance impacting Reckon Accounts Hosted API

Hosted API Maintenance is now completed and we've released the enhanced "FileName" object.

FYI: The FileName object will still accept the current truncated path (for shared folder) and Q drive path after the release and your current integrations will not get affected.

With this update, you will be able to use the full file path along with the truncated path.


Apologies for a typo in the initial notification. We'll be enhancing "FileName" object, not "FileLocation".


The Reckon Accounts Hosted API will undergo maintenance on Tuesday, 16th April 2019, starting at 10 AM.

We don't anticipate to have any outage during this maintenance, however, there might be some Hosted API service disruptions between 10 and 10:15 AM. If you get any errors with your calls, please try again after 5 minutes.

During this maintenance, we will release enhanced File Path (FileLocation) object of the Hosted API payload where you can pass full file path of a shared file (available under File > Audit Company) within Reckon Accounts Hosted application, instead of truncating it (current requirement). Release note will be shared once the release is completed successfully.
