Between 5:07AM and 5:20AM, Reckon Accounts Hosted API didn't process any calls. If you've sent calls during that period that need to be processed, please send it again as the service is running smoothly now.

Apologies for the late notification but calls sent between 5:00AM and 5:15AM (AEDT) on 26/02/2019 might fail and you might not get response for those calls. If that happens, please try again after 5:15AM.

Reckon Accounts Hosted API will have a planned maintenance on next Tuesday (26th Feb 2019) between 5AM and 10 AM AEST.

We don't expect this maintenance to have any impact on your API calls. However, if you do face any difficulties posting/receiving Reckon Accounts Hosted API calls during this period as well as after the maintenance is over, please inform us ASAP by emailing apisupport@reckon.com.
