Incident impacting Reckon Accounts Hosted API

Hosted API service is now completely restored.

Progress has been made on resolving this issue. Hosted API calls are now being processed, however, performance may be periodically degraded depending upon system load until the service is completely restored.

A further notification will be issued when the service is completely restored.

We are currently experiencing a full outage on the RAH API due to an issue with our certificates. We have commenced a new build on the 2020 version only to correct.

NOTE: At this stage we cannot confirm the new build will address the issue, and it will take sometime to rebuild the stack for both AU & NZ. Also apologies for the late update: Although we were aware of the issue yesterday, Statusy was also down for the day :(

If successful, your clients will need to have upgraded to the 2020 version to use the API (we have removed the 2019 version of Reckon Accounts Hosted as of last week so most would have upgraded by now).
